Regency Kitchens and Bathrooms recently completed a large kitchen renovation in Wallingford.
There was much work to be done here, we had to take the boiler out and re-fit it in the loft. We then had to remove two structural walls and install the relevant steel work with council approval. The existing ceilings had to be replaced and re-plastered. The existing kitchen/dining room, living room and entrance hall were also modified and required plastering.
All the new gas-plumbing, electrical wiring and all new spotlights were then approved and certified.
The downstairs had underfloor heating fitted throughout and the tiles chosen were polished porcelain.
A striking green glass splashback featured the main wall of this kitchen.
All work completed met building regulations and the structure, wiring and plumbing was approved by the local authorities. This project is another great example of the pride that Regency Kitchens and Bathrooms take when renovating your home.
